Responsibilities

  • Execute brand strategy for NeuroGym and John Assaraf’s social profiles
  • Recruit, build and lead the marketing team which includes our team of employees, contractors, partners, media accounts and internal stakeholders such as sales, finance, product and customer service
  • Produce revenue by ensuring marketing initiatives and channels meet/or exceed established KPI’s and convert to revenue to meet and/or exceed revenue goals
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, budgets, and manage media buying programs
  • Optimize current marketing funnels and initiatives by measuring, tracking and analyzing all KPI’s
  • Create and maintain campaign reporting for marketing including indicators, sales, spending, ROAS, ROI
  • Ability to create mass marketing funnels to support mass audience pricing as well as higher end pricing
  • Collaborate with customer care, product, sales and finance to maximize short term financial and non-financial goal achievement as well as align with long-term strategy execution

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Director of Digital Marketing (3-5 years’ experience) includes strong skills in digital marketing strategy, planning, and tactics
  • Hands on experience with SEO/SEM as well as google analytics and CRM software
  • Strong understanding of how all digital marketing channels function using analytics, willing to review data at every touch point (open rate, CTR, VTR, opt in rate, conversion rate)
  • Managed high performance marketing teams
  • Subject matter expert in CRM and use of supporting digital platforms
  • Ecommerce experience using email marketing, using social media (for revenue,) and retargeting
  • Proven use of content marketing as a way to support top of funnel lead generation
  • Experience in SEO and website conversions
  • Experience in direct response marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in Marketing or Digital Technologies) required and Master’s preferred
